To place an order with SRe, it is as easy as 1-2-3.
- Contact us by email
or by phone. One of our service representatives will contact you to discuss
how we can help you with your business needs.
- We will provide verbal suggestions and brief service fee ideas during the initial
contact. Afterwards, we will send you a project proposal with detailed service fees
for your consideration.
- You are requested to pay a 50% deposit to confirm your order. Once your order
is confirmed, we will start the production procedures to meet our mutually-agreed
upon completion date.

is facilitated at all project stages — Enquiry, Project Proposal, Production, and
Delivery. We will contact you for approval of the work during different stages of
production.
Payment
- A deposit of 50% of the amount of the order is required up front to confirm the order.
- We request another payment of 25% when the project is 50% complete.
- When the final product is ready for delivery, you are requested to pay the balance.
