Advanced Graphic design – Flash Animation, artist rendering for visualization of conceptual ideas, or special enhancements such as combination of images and drawings.

Hit Statistics Reports – Statistics are gathered on your website’s traffic, including the number of unique visitors, the average number of pages opened per unique visit, which pages were viewed and when, the geographical location of your viewers, the type of technology used to access your website, and other useful information that you can use to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of your website. These reports are prepared bi-weekly or upon request.

Image Enhancement – Includes resizing, changing resolution, retouching, cropping, colour and contrast adjustment.

Image Specifications – Images provided by the client for use on website need to meet certain criteria:

  • Format: 300 DPI in resolution and minimum 800 KB in file size and in format of .jpeg, .tiff, .psd, .eps or .ai
  • Content: Images are relevant, appropriate, and match the text content

Keyword Optimization – Implicit modification of web text to help all search engines find your website, so that your website will appear on the resulting list when the optimized keywords are keyed in the search box by searcher. As many different criteria are involved for this feature to work, results vary.

Royalty Free Photographs – Carefully selected high quality digital photographs with copyright clearance and permission for use, usually required for complex graphic designs such as web banner. Sometimes there may be conditions attached to permission for use.

Search Engine Submission – Register your website on popular search engines such as Google, Yahoo and MSN to be listed in high priority on search result. It usually takes at least one month to activate after registration. Due to large demand for services, the ranking cannot be guaranteed. However without this submission it is very unlikely a new website will be seen by searchers.

Text content – Refers to text content writing /editing. Text supplied by client needs to meet certain criteria:

  • correct spelling and grammar
  • no infringement of copyright or intellectual property rights
  • projects good company image
  • relevant to website contents
  • appropriate for public viewing (e.g. no hate or obscene materials)
  • of appropriate page length (no need for scrolling). Longer texts will be continued on following page(s), which count towards the total number of pages for fee calculation purposes
  • reflects professionalism

Web Functions – Also referred to as web-based applications, these are capabilities on the website that involve programming work. Common examples are web form and web content management tool (for customer to update assigned areas).
