Order and Payment

1. Do you have a fee listing?
The services we provide are not interchangeable commodities. Each project is tailored to the unique needs and requirements of the specific client. Based on our preliminary discussion, we can give you an idea of service fees.

If you're interested, we’ll obtain more detailed information from you and prepare a project proposal for your approval. For small scale graphic design projects, we might prepare a service contract directly for your approval.

2. Do I need to pay a deposit?
We require a 50% deposit before starting work on your project. Upon your approval of our project proposal, you’ll be requested to sign a service contract and pay a 50% deposit to confirm your order. Another 25% will be due when the project is 50% complete, with the balance of payment due when the final product is ready for delivery.

3. What payments do you accept?
We accept direct bank deposit or payments through PayPal. For details, see Order and Payment.

4. What if I change my requirements or want subsequent changes?
Our service contract states clearly the scope and expected timeline of the project, on which service fees are based. We work closely with you to define requirements and request your feedback during production at appropriate checkpoints. Typically, we allow for two rounds of review and fine-tuning. If you require additional work, revisions to the original scope, changes subsequent to signoff, or cause undue delay to the project by repeatedly failing to respect client turnaround times, extra charges will be incurred.
